We are excited to introduce a new early morning BODY CONDITIONING class, allowing you to work out before heading to work and start your day feeling strong and energised!

This new class is in addition to our current schedule:
✨ Monday – Wednesday – Friday: 8:00 – 9:00 AM
✨ Tuesday & Thursday: 8:45 – 9:45 AM
✨ Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
