This is the site for a centre that
allows individuals to pursue a number of moving arts
practices. We provide training in modern dance, break
dancing, Tai Chi, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and for those in
search of a comprehensive fitness program please feel
free to try our unique body conditioning program. This
program combines the benefits of Yoga, Pilates and Tai
Chi to provide a proficient fitness and well being program.
