Body Conditioning is a form of exercise for adults based on breathing, energy, stretching and low impact aerobic techniques. It strengthens, tones and at the same time releases strain from the body.

When completing one hour of practice, one feels relaxed and refreshed while trained and toned. Exercise is very important to all and everyone. It keeps the body in good condition and helps the mind to free from stress. Exercise can prevent illness and emotional disorders.

For the simple reason that body, mind and spirit exist as one, therefore we need to keep them balanced, to maintain good health.
